Refund policy

A flat rate of Cancellation fee of £8.00 will apply to all Cancelations. The Charges for Cancellations are as Follows:

       0 - 12 Hours of picking up time - No Refund

       12+ Hours of picking time - Complete Refund less the cancellation fee.

       No Refund will be giving if customer provides wrong date and time and the wrong information.

We will not send out marketing e-mail to in the future unless you have given us your consent. We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing e-mail from us or from another trader in the future. The type of information we will collect about you includes your name, address, phone number, email address, and your credit card details.

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.
